The West Michigan Bluegrass Music Association held their March 20, 2010 meeting at Zellie’s Opry House and a good time was had by all. Two great bands entertained us, there was jamming, there was a great audience, and we appreciated our hosts Keith and Terri Grannis who always take good care of us. The West Michigan Bluegrass Music Association continues to make great strides in supporting bluegrass and acoustic music in west Michigan. We hold events at least once per month throughout the year, and we recently held our February 2010 meeting and jam session. The West Michigan Bluegrass Music Association has launched their new weekly series of bluegrass concerts every Thursday night at Pietro’s Italian Restaurant.
